Terms of Sale

1.) This feline will be kept indoors, not declawed and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

2.) This feline is purchased for Pet/Show/Breeding.

3.) If this feline is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat to Seller, unconditionally.

4.) $100 deposit required/No refunds.

5.) Feline purchased with spay or neuter agreement. Yes/No

6.) If feline is to be spayed or neutered, it is to be done by six months of age.

7.) Seller makes no guarantees as to showing quality of this feline except as stated._________________________________________________________________

8.) Registration papers will be released to Purchaser upon receipt of veterinarian certified proof of alteration procedure.

9.) Seller guarantees feline is in good health at the time of purchase and transfer. If examination by a licensed veterinarian with in 72 hours of purchase reveals otherwise, Seller agrees to replace the feline upon immediate and safe return of said feline. Feline must be accompanied along with a written, detailed statement from attending veterinarian. The feline is to be returned to Seller, shipped by the safest means possible, at the Purchaser's expense. If within one year, said feline is diagnosed with a fatal genetic disorder and dies, upon supplying Seller a necropsy report from Purchaser's veterinarian at Purchaser's expense, Seller will provide a new feline of equal value as soon as one becomes available. The terms of this contract is null and void if said feline is exposed to outdoor cats

10.) Breeder reserves the right of first refusal should cat not work out and need to be returned or rehomed. (This means Purchaser is to contact Breeder before allowing cat to leave his/her possession first so that the Breeder may make arrangements if desired, to get said cat back.)
